Production Time & Rush Jobs

Standard Production Time

ZippySticker is proud to offer you a standard 2-day production on all our custom products barring any circumstances beyond our control. We know you want your product, and we want to help get it to you quickly.

We’re happy to let you know that if your order doesn’t involve mass quantities and you order before 4 pm (Eastern), we’ll get it produced in 2 days so it gets out the door to you sooner. How’s that sound?

Of course, some things beyond our control could affect this. Inclement weather, holidays, a machine malfunction, or problems with shipping would affect our ability to fulfill a 2-day production turnaround. If this happens, just bare with us. We’ll get back on track in no time.

Remember that orders will be considered ready-for-production when the design/art is finalized and approved by you.

Rush Jobs

If you need a job done in a shorter time frame, we do offer rush services for additional fees (rush fees are for non-stock orders only). We are closed weekends (Saturday and Sundays) and count production days as weekdays (Monday through Friday).

Our Rush Production Fee Structure is as follows:

  • 1 Production Day **RUSH** - 100% fee - Quantity and size restrictions apply. Please contact us for large orders. Example: Order(s) submitted on Monday (before 4 pm Central) will be ready to ship by Tuesday evening.
  • 2 Production Days **PRIORITY** - 25% fee - We offer standard 2-day production but if you are wanting to make sure your orders gets produced in 2 days make sure to select this option. We will move your order up the queue to make sure it is completed on time. Quantity and size restrictions apply. Please contact us for large orders. Example: Order(s) submitted on Monday (before 4 pm Central) will be ready to ship by Wednesday evening.

Rush services are not always available and will depend (among other factors) on the quantity and print size of your order, and the capacity of our production team at the time of the order. Please note that rush jobs typically require expedited shipping, which is NOT included in the rush fee and will increase your total order cost.

On national holidays, Rush Jobs will be pushed to the following business day. We observe the following holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.

Shipping

Orders will be shipped via FedEx Ground (or a comparable ground service at our discretion) unless an expedited shipping method is requested. ZippySticker turns over possession of the product when picked up by common carrier. We do not guarantee shipping times, but will work with you and our carriers to get the product to you as best we can. On any order(s) that are shipped across international borders, custom fees may apply and must be paid for by the recipient.

Returns & Refunds

ZippySticker works hard to make sure your order is perfect. Sometimes, that doesn’t happen. We want to give you a product that you can be proud of. We want you to tell your friends and your family about your experience. That’s why we’ve created this return policy with you in mind.

For Non-Custom Products:

If you are simply looking to return your unused non-custom product and do not wish to have it replaced, we'll ask you to create a return label & ship the product back to us within 30 business days of delivery. You can ship it back using whatever carrier you prefer. Once we get it, we will refund you the amount of the original order excluding shipping. The refund will go to the original form of payment within 2-5 business days.

For Custom Products:

When you purchase and approve custom products from ZippySticker.com, you have confirmed the size and finishing of the product, approved the artwork design and understand that color variations from monitor to printed product do occur in printing. Products that are damaged or defected can be returned within 14 days of purchase.

Damaged or defective products must be preceded in return by photographic evidence of the defect or damage. Upon the receipt of a defect or damage photo, ZippySticker will review and if approved, issue a store credit, replacement, or a refund.

We'll ask you to create a return label & ship the product back to us within 5 business days of damage/defective photo acceptance. You can ship it back using whatever carrier you prefer. Once we get it, we will issue your chosen reimbursement method. The refund will go to the original form of payment within 2-5 business days.

Next Steps

If we messed up your product, then the fix is on us. No charge!

If you happened to damage your product, pack it up and ship it back to us. Make sure you include the original packing slip in your return. When we get it, we’ll take a look over it and repair it for half the cost of the original order.

Damage from Shipping:

ZippySticker.com uses FedEx for all our shipping. If your order arrives damaged, we'll work with FedEx and in the meantime, we'll reprint and send out your new product within the standard production time.
